I’ve watched so many women here give everything to everyone else and save nothing for themselves. Running on empty, putting themselves last, and driving three hours to Townsville and back just to get a little care.
So I built it. A place right here at home, made just for us.
Here you’ll find science-backed therapies, movement and beauty, all under one roof and all on your time. It’s ladies-only, open 24/7, and welcoming to every woman, exactly as she is.

Founder & DirectorI’m a local mum and the woman behind Her Glow Haus.
You know the woman who wants to look after herself but can never quite make it happen? That’s me. Between work, kids, family and everything else life throws at you, finding an hour for yourself feels impossible. Everything runs on someone else’s schedule.
There was nothing here that worked for us. No women-only space. No wellness services outside business hours. Nothing for the woman who finishes work at 7pm, does the school run at 3pm, or simply can’t commit to a set class time every week.
So I made something different. A wellness sanctuary open 24/7, on your terms. No class times to fit around. Just a beautiful, welcoming space for every woman – every shape, every size, every stage of life.
Because women deserve to put themselves first too. And now there’s finally somewhere in Charters Towers that makes it easy.
